We have been there a couple of times in the last few weeks. The first time the service was good and the food decent for the most part. The waitress checked on how our meal was and was back often to refill our non-alcoholic drinks.
The second time, it wasn't as busy as our first visit but one of our meals was partially frozen and the other was missing condiments. It took a good ten or fifteen minutes for the condiments to arrive. The waitress didn't check how our meal was and didn't come back to refill our non-alcoholic drinks. The single door to the smoke room was propped open for a good portion of the night and thus the bar stunk of smoke and pot.
This place seems to be very hit and miss. The food is also quite slow to arrive, compared to other establishments, so if you go don't plan on a quick meal.
